Our Role In Your Financing

TwinFold Capital is a business financing company. For most of the products described on this site, we act as an arranger: we review your inquiry and present it to a network of third-party lenders, funders and financing partners, who are solely responsible for underwriting, approving, originating and funding the financing they offer. Those third parties set their own eligibility criteria, pricing and contract terms.

Certain financial products are made available through our subsidiary, TFC West LLC, a licensed California Finance Lender & Broker, California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation license number 60DBO-49671.

Because the products on this site are delivered through more than one arrangement, the party that funds you will be identified in the contract you are asked to sign. Read that contract before signing it. If at any point you are unsure whether TwinFold Capital or a third party is funding a particular offer, ask us and we will tell you in writing.

No Guarantee Of Approval, Amount, Speed Or Terms

Submitting an application, a quote request or any other inquiry does not guarantee approval or funding. Any amount, rate, term, payment or funding timeline described on this site, quoted by a representative, or shown in an advertisement is an estimate based on limited information and is not an offer or a commitment.

All financing is subject to underwriting, verification of the information you provide, review of your business and personal credit profile and bank activity, and satisfaction of the funder's full eligibility criteria. Approval amounts, pricing and funding times vary by applicant and by product, and many applicants do not qualify. Funding timelines begin when a complete application and all requested documentation have been received and verified, not when an inquiry is submitted.

State Availability And Licensing

Not all products described on this site are available in all states, and product availability, pricing and required disclosures differ from state to state. Some states require providers or brokers of commercial financing to register with a state regulator and to deliver specific cost-of-financing disclosures before or at the time an offer is made. Where a state requires those disclosures, they will be provided to you with the offer and will control over any general description on this website.

We Are Not A Bank Or A Government Agency

TwinFold Capital is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency or government program. TwinFold Capital is not a bank, savings and loan, thrift, credit union, payday lender or mortgage lender, and deposits are not solicited or accepted. Any reference on this site to a government-guaranteed program, including SBA financing, describes financing originated by a participating third-party lender under that program, not financing provided by a government agency.

Costs, Rates And Fees

The cost of commercial financing varies significantly by product and by applicant. Products described on this site include ones priced as interest rates and ones priced as a fixed fee, factor rate or purchase discount, which are not the same thing and are not directly comparable. The total cost of a specific offer, the payment amount and frequency, and any fees, including any fee payable to TwinFold Capital, will be stated in the offer and contract documents for that offer. Review those documents before signing. Commercial financing is generally not subject to the federal Truth in Lending Act.

Information Sharing When You Apply

When you submit an application or inquiry, you authorize us to share the information you provide with our financing partners and service providers so that they can evaluate your request, and you authorize those parties to obtain business and personal credit reports, bank data and verification reports about you and your business. How we handle your information, including the separate and narrower rules that apply to a mobile number you give us for text messaging, is described in our Privacy Policy.

About The Figures On This Site

Figures shown on this website, including total amount funded, approval percentage, review counts, years in business and funding speed, are company statistics covering the full history of TwinFold Capital's operations across all products and all financing partners, and are rounded. They describe past aggregate activity. They are not a prediction, a representation or a guarantee of the outcome, amount, pricing or timing of any individual application, and your result may differ materially.

Approval percentage reflects applications that received at least one offer from at least one financing partner, out of applications that were complete and submitted to underwriting. It does not mean that a given applicant will be approved, that an offer will be on any particular terms, or that an offer will be accepted. Any BBB rating shown is the rating assigned by the Better Business Bureau at the time of publication and is subject to change by the BBB.
